About Me
Hi! I'm Catie Berniger, a senior at Ohio University currently studying Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing. I have been in love with clothing and all things fashion for as long as I can remember. As a child, I always loved playing dress up and putting on fashion shows for my family, who always encouraged my passion. My grandma was, and still is, a huge inspiration to me. She taught me how to sew and pair outfits together, and ultimately sparked my love for fashion.
With experience in visual merchandising, trend analysis, and retail management, I've developed a strong ability to understand shopping behaviors and curate compelling displays that increase sales. As a member of Phi Upsilon Omicron, I value leadership and collaboration in all aspects of my work. My many years of hands-on experience in retail and commitment to my honors society has strengthened my array of skills and deepened my understanding of the retail and fashion world.
I'm eager and excited to pursue a career in merchandise planning, trend analysis, visual merchandising, social media, or design where I can apply my creativity and marketing skills to shape the future of retail.
